GPoP Web Services currently operates as an independent project based in Italy and acts as the Data Controller for the personal data collected through the ComiCity website.

• Published content (comic strips) may remain visible even after account deletion, within the limits of the license granted under Section 3 of the Terms of Service (e.g., collections, archives, promotional materials).

• Technical and log data is retained for up to 12 months, unless required for security or legal purposes.

7. Data Sharing

Your personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.
However, it may be shared with:

• technical providers (hosting, cloud services, email management) necessary for operating the site;

• public authorities, if required by law;

• editorial or promotional partners, strictly within the limits of the license granted for content publication.

All third parties operate as Data Processors or Independent Controllers, depending on their role.
